A vitamin is a nutrient that plays an important role in the body. The body can\u2019t take a vitamin, so we need to get them from our food. A deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals can affect our health negatively.<\/p>\n

Most of the time when we think about taking vitamins and other nutritional supplements, we immediately think about taking them daily. This is not the best practice.
